Dental Services
The RFDS South Eastern Section employs Australia’s only Flying Dentist who has worked with the RFDS in Broken Hill since 1998 providing a much needed dental service to the people of remote Far West NSW.
The Dentist conducts clinics in remote areas of Far West NSW, Broken Hill at the Maari Ma Aboriginal Health Service and for both the Correctional Health Service and the Greater Western Area Health Service.
The Dentist also mentors students who undertake work experience with the Service through the University of Sydney.
